Kliklok-Woodman has said that it is enjoying continued success with its Certiwrap range of wrap-around sleeving machines.

Kliklok has delivered and installed its C150 and reduced speed C80 sleeving machines to a range of food producers throughout Europe, to pack a variety of products, such as soft cheese, bowls of trifle, chilled desserts and ready meals.

Further afield, one of Russia's largest food producers, King Lion, has ordered two Kliklok C150 models for its plant in Moscow.

The machines are packing two sizes of individual plastic bowls of microwaveable noodle meals, one with film lid, whilst the the other has a plastic snap-on lid, at claimed speeds of 150 sleeves per minute.

The C150 was suitable for King Lion because it offers three-dimensional size change capability in less than 10 minutes, said Kliklok Woodman.

The system is also said to have the versatility to handle round bowls, oval bowls and rectangular-shaped containers on the same machine.
