Food grade grease withstands higher
temperatures

Designed to withstand temperatures up to 260degC, food grade grease assures long-term or life-time lubrication for bearings, valves, slides, load rollers and sprocket bearings.

Kluber Lubrication announce two more products to join their wide range of food grade oils, greases, pastes, waxes and dry lubrication solutions available worldwide Already one of the most cost effective special synthetic greases available, Barrierta L55/2, is now registered food grade according to NSF H1and is suitable for use in areas of incidental food contact

Designed to withstand temperatures up to 260degC, Barrierta L55/2 assures long-term or life-time lubrication for bearings, valves, slides, load rollers, sprocket bearings subject to high thermal load in electric motors, baking machinery, paper and plastics packaging equipment.

Barrierta L55 white greases are resistant to solvents and chemicals, are neutral to plastics and do not carbonise rendering them excellent for saving money and manpower in numerous high temperature applications in many industries that now includes food, beverage and pharmaceuticals.

A further addition to the food grade lubricants programme from Kluber Lubrication is the NSF H1 registered Klubersynth NH1 64-422.

This grade 2 fully synthetic grease is designed for extreme load applications which may also be subject to wet or humid conditions at elevated temperatures such as mills, feed presses or maltings.
