Water-miscible bonded coatings are eco-friendly
Kluber Lubrication has developed water-miscible bonded coatings which combine economical wear protection and high component performance with eco-friendliness.
Kluberoil CM 1-220 spray is formulated with the addition of a volatile solvent carrier fluid enabling excellent penetration into all parts.
On evaporation of the solvent film a resilient, adhesive lubricant film is produced preventing oil dripping and losses even at high speed.
This special formulation enables longer re-lubrication intervals (up to 70% longer than other premium chain oils), reduced lubricant consumption, maintenance and lubricant cost savings.
Kluberoil CM1-220spray is almost clear, therefore very clean to use and has a good service temperature range from -10 deg.
to 100 deg.
