Foundry's mill-turning investment ups exports
Coventry-based foundry has upheld and expanded exports by adding on high-tech mill-turning centre facilities to machine turbocharger impellers supplied to Italian and US customers.
Insofar as StarragHeckert UK is concerned, the change will allow the company to concentrate on marketing the prismatic range of machine tools manufactured by Starrag and Heckert, which it sells alongside complementary European machine tools such as Durr Ecoclean, enabling the company to offer total manufacturing solutions to its customers.
Both Geo Kingsbury and StarragHeckert UK will work closely together to ensure a seamless transfer of responsibilities and that all existing customers of Hermle products are fully supported.
