Standard for home and building control
ETS, the software which designs and configures KNX (formerly EIB) intelligent building control installations, is now available in different versions.
This compatibility ensures specifiers and building owners can create and expand KNX based installations simply and with minimal disruption.
KNX is the world's first open, platform independent standard for home and building control, approved as EN 50090.
Intelligent building projects of any size can be created using KNX to provide control over many areas from lighting control, heating and ventilation, through to energy management, access control and many other building services.
They can also be accessed remotely for maintenance and can interface with complementary or peripheral systems.
The ETS3 Professional tool, which also complies with EN50090, supports KNX system design, commissioning, project documentation, diagnostics and trouble-shooting.
Starter and Tester versions are also available - Tester incorporates learning programs whilst Starter provides more basic functionality than Professional.
