Monobloc PCD reaming tools programme
introduced
A programme of standardised PCD monobloc reaming tools was introduced at EMO 2003 and are available with two and four cutting edges in 4.0 to 20.1mm sizes.

In future the new monoblock tools will be available with two and four cutting edges in 4.0 to 20.1mm sizes.
These will be kept in stock as brazed blanks in specific dimensions and only finish ground to order for specific bore dimensions, tolerances and cutting lead geometry.
As a result of the prepared blanks customers can be supplied with PCD reaming tools in the shortest possible time for specific tasks such as boring location holes in aluminium up to a bore quality of iT6.
