The new CXT range of cranes launched a year ago by Konecranes (UK), the East Kilbride Crane Manufacturer has proved to be a resounding success.
The crane is a 50/10 tonne SMD model at 22.86 metres span.
It will be fully equipped with Konecranes cutting edge technology such as DynAHoist variable speed and DynAC Invertor variable controls on cross and long travel motions.
It will be operated through an existing radio control.
Konecranes' own AC Frequency Control System provides the most modern and reliable drive for cranes, significantly improving controllability and reducing maintenance costs.
True vertical lift, floodlights, platforms on each girder, all motion limit switches, back up pendant controls, totally enclosed live axle transmissions and festoon cables will be fitted as standard.
