100th injection moulder supplied to subcontractor

Krauss-Maffei has supplied a Injection Moulding Compounder injection moulding machine to automotive subcontractor, Wirthwein - the 100th machine supplied to that company so far.

A festive ceremony marked the delivery of the 100th Krauss-Maffei injection moulding machine to be supplied to Wirthwein.

The machine, a KM 100-750 CX for Wirthwein's main plant in Creglingen, Germany, will be used to manufacture various components for automotive customers.

Wirthwein was one of the first processors in Germany to invest in Krauss-Maffei's newly developed Injection Moulding Compounder (IMC).
