Everards turns to K3 to support growth plans

Everards has adopted the DrinkIT business management solution to support them as they move ahead with company wide growth.

Everards, a family-owned brewer and pub company in Leicestershire, has adopted the DrinkIT business management solution to support them as they move ahead with company wide growth.

K3, the UK's largest Microsoft Dynamics solution provider, is supplying and implementing this market leading solution.

A key part of the company's growth is an integrated IT platform on which they can run their business.

Ian Smith, Everards IT Manager and project sponsor, said, "As Everards expands and evolves we need to keep pace with the increasing demand for high quality systems, services and information and it is essential that we upgrade now and finally put in place the last piece of the jigsaw and integrate all our systems".

Smith continued "We have been working towards an integrated software platform for some years now and K3's Microsoft Dynamics based Drink-IT system will be the centrepiece of that platform".

"It offers us the scope to develop in house systems and services as well as integrating third party software seamlessly within the Dynamics framework".

Everards undertook a nine month long review to examine the functionality it required both now and in the future and find a solution that both integrated with its current systems and services and provided it with the scope for flexible development.

Smith said, "K3's Knowledge and experience with Dynamics and their understanding of this business sector together with the fact that they have already had experience of converting our current system to Dynamics have been key factors in making the decision".

"We believe that our partnership with K3 will enable Everards to move forward with confidence in the integrity of our systems and data".

Everards has adopted the ordering, finance and property elements of DrinkIT and will go live in May 2007.
