Windows based production reporting software collects data from all types of production machines with networked transducers - one transducer mounted on each production machine.
Because of the diversity of machine controls, from mechanical relays to 'smart' PLCs, found on the typical discrete parts manufacturing floor, it is expensive or difficult to implement a plant-wide data collection system.
Now however, ProductionACE provides a proven means to measure in real-time the performance of all types of production machinery.
ProductionACE Windows-production reporting software continuously monitors entire production floor and displays OEE, % uptime, % of standard Rate and Yield, cycle time and rate.
It also displays machine status: OK, Slow, Down, Setup, Not Scheduled.
Software obtains data from MDT-02 Machine Data Transducers, one installed on each production machine.
MDT's integral networking enables a PC to collect data from up to 100 MDT up to 4000 cable-feet distant.
MDT requires no local AC power connection; instead it obtains from a Communications Interface located at system PC.
