Process automation firm names sales
director
Appointed director sales operations at Key Technology, Randy Unterseher is responsible for assuring that virtual worldwide support organization balances sales support and engineering requirements.

He began his career at Key as an Inside Sales Specialist and was promoted through various positions in sales, marketing, and management.
Most recently, he was Sales Engineering Services Manager.
Unterseher recently earned a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in eBusiness from the University of Phoenix.
"To further my education and bring new value to Key, I have been studying state-of-the-art eBusiness practices to identify what tools Key and its customers would most benefit from," said Randy Unterseher.
"Sales force automation will allow us to improve our customers' experiences while simultaneously reducing our costs." Key currently maintains demonstration and testing facilities, manufacturing, engineering, R and D, parts and service at its headquarters in Walla Walla, Washington and at Key Technology in the Netherlands.
Key also operates two additional manufacturing sites in the USA, a manufacturing site in Sydney, Australia and sales and service offices in Melbourne, Australia; Santiago de Quertaro, Mexico; and Shanghai, China.
As director sales operations, Unterseher is responsible for assuring that Key's virtual worldwide support organization balances sales support and engineering requirements across the globe.
New processes will allow Key to better serve global customers via an integrated global team with a global view.
And new processes will allow regional and national customers to benefit from the best practices being employed worldwide.
