Relay modules simplify control panel building

A LC Automation product story
Edited by the Manufacturingtalk editorial team Apr 7, 2005

A new generation of MicroCompact Relay Modules will save time and make the assembly of industrial equipment control panels easier.

The new MicroCompact Relay Modules from Lutze do just that, saving space with a great range of design improvements to save time and make life easier for systems engineers and control panel or machine builders.

These ultra-slim (6.2mm) SPCO modules include a number of design features aimed at installers and builders of industrial control panels, including front easy access wiring and plug-in connectivity for easy maintenance.

Yellow LED's also provide clear output indication.

Available in 4 variants (from 24V DC to 230V AC/DC), each module has a wide input voltage range and a very low coil current, which is ideal for interfacing with transistorised outputs from PLC control systems.

Other sample applications include providing volt-free contacts or changing voltage, isolation of control systems and current amplification.

They can also be jumpered for simple connection of common supply rails.

The excellent reliability of these MicroCompact Relay Modules will save you even more time because you won't need to keep replacing poor quality budget relays every 10 minutes - you can literally install and forget them.

And you don't need to worry, these impressive Lutze units won't break the bank either, in fact they offer great value with prices starting at just GBP 6.75 list for the 24V DC version (going up to GBP 10.75 for the 230V AC/DC variant).
