TUV approves dust emissions monitor

A Land Instruments International product story
Edited by the Manufacturingtalk editorial team May 20, 2004

Dust emissions monitor has been granted TUV approval to the 13th, 17th, 27th and 30th BImSchV and TA Luft 2002 and has been certified at very low dust concentration levels.

The Land Model 4500 Premier dust emissions monitor has been granted TUV approval to the 13th, 17th, 27th and 30th BImSchV and TA Luft 2002.

Importantly the 4500 Premier has been certified at very low dust concentration levels, making the instrument suitable for applications with a 0 - 10mg/m3 measurement range.

Land are proving to be market leaders again, in having the first (and currently only) TUV certified, cross-stack, optical dust monitor to meet both the 27th and 30th BImSchV.

The complete approval covers includes applications in Power Stations (13th), Incinerators (17th), Crematoria (27th) and Waste Gas Treatment Plants (30th).

Already the market leader in the USA, Land dust monitors set new standards in optically based dust measurement, and offer the only analyser suitable for a measurement range of 0 to 10mg/m3.

The 4500 range of dust monitors is firmly established in the USA as one of the major compliance products available, with in excess of 1000 instruments installed.

In addition, it is the first instrument to meet US EPA CPS-001 standard for 0 to 10 % opacity measurement.

This new approval adds to the growing list of TUV, MCerts and US EPA certified dust monitoring products available from Land Instruments International.

Land also has a range of approved and certified stack emissions monitoring products for CO, O2, NO, NO2, NOx, SO2 and CO2.
