CNC machine tool open house successful
Leader CNC Technologies reports its Novemeber 'Open House' proved to be a 'resounding success' with the sale of a Mycenter HX500iF machine to an international power generation company.

The three day November event was a success with the sale of a Mycenter HX500iF machine to an international power generation company based in Gloucester.
The Mycenter HX500iF horizontal machining centre weighs in at over 20 tonnes and develops 380Nm of torque to offer the highest metal removal capability of any machine in the 50 taper class.
The hugely productive event brought Leader CNC a significant level of interest and a high number of enquiries, which is the driving force behind the forthcoming February Open House.
However, the November event was Leader CNC's opportunity to highlight the new Mytrunnion 5-axis vertical machining centre.
The Mytrunnion combines ultra high precision, high speed machining performance and a standard positional accuracy of +/-0.001mm with repeatability of +/-0.0005mm.
Additional machines exhibited were the Kitamura Mycenter M-1XiF SP twin pallet vertical machining centre, the Mycenter HX250iF - the smallest in the range of horizontal machining centres and the Mycenter HX300iF.
The Mycenter M-1XiF is aimed at the high speed machining and high accuracy markets with +/-0.002mm positional accuracy, whilst the Mycenter HX250iF has a 40 tool carousel with a tool to tool change time of 1.2 seconds with a rapid feed rate of 48m/min.
The event gave new and existing customers an insight to the new and existing innovations from Kitamura as well as the opportunity to discuss engineering, technical, applications and sales services provided by the company.
Leader CNC now hopes that manufacturers in the small parts sector will take the incentive to visit the February Open House to see the world of opportunity from Kitamura. Request free introductory details about products from Leader CNC ...
