UK/Irish Kitamura CNC machines agency grows
Since being named as the exclusive UK and Ireland Distributor for high specification Kitamura machine tools in late 2004, Leader CNC Technologies has grown from strength to strength.
Since being named as the exclusive UK and Ireland Distributor for high specification Kitamura machine tools in late 2004, Leader CNC Technologies has grown from strength to strength.
Success has come by consolidating engineering, service and back-up to existing users, also complemented by the sale and installation of 15 high quality Kitamura machine tools throughout the UK.
This growth has recently been marked by the introduction of Lindsay Ewan, the company's new applications manager.
Lindsay's past experience on high specification machine tools, 5 axis machines and flexible manufacturing systems will not only serve to support the ever increasing customer base, but also further strengthen the engineering team at Leader CNC.
The growth at Leader CNC has arisen from the continuing demand for the quality Japanese manufactured Kitamura machining centres, now supported and enhanced by the engineering and application expertise of Leader CNC.
The exceptional sales of Kitamura machine tools throughout the UK since the company was awarded the distributorship has now seen the Nuneaton based company presented with an award from Kitamura.
In February 2006, the outstanding contribution of Leader CNC to the Kitamura global sales strategy was recognised with an award for Commitment, Innovation and Excellence.
Presented by European General Manager for Kitamura Machinery, Hideaki 'Mac' Machida, the award signifies the significant success Leader CNC has achieved in the UK since becoming the sole UK/Ireland Distributor in 2004.
Commenting upon the continued success, Leader CNC sales director Mike Serzeniewski commented: "Receiving the award is a great honour to Leader CNC and recognition for the hard work and commitment of all the staff.
Our total commitment to each customer, prompt after sales service and applications expertise are renowned and envied throughout the UK.
This award justly demonstrates recognition of our achievements - but it is just a start.
We are, and will always continue to be, an engineering company.
Users of quality machines like Kitamura deserve quality service and that is what we provide." * Leader CNC at MACH 2006, NEC, Birmingham, UK, May 15-19, Hall 5, Stand 5283.
