True RMS Voltage Transducers
LEM has introduced the ATVR series of voltage transducers for true RMS measurement of AC voltage at 120V, 250V and 400V.
LEM has introduced the ATVR series of voltage transducers for true RMS measurement of AC voltage at 120V, 250V and 400V The new series provides +/-1 per cent measurement accuracy and galvanic isolation between the primary and secondary circuits of up to 2.5kV
The bandwidth is 40Hz to 5kHz and the response time is below 250ms.
Linearity error is better than 0.5%.
The 4-20mA loop powered output is suitable for many types of control board (PLC, computers, etc).
The case is DIN-rail mounting at 22.5 mm with finger-safe terminals.
The ATVR series is particularly suitable for applications where the voltage measurement must be more accurate than a monitoring relay (e.g voltage drop or overvoltage, which can have a critical influence on a PLC or computer).
The true RMS function also provides an accurate measurement of pulsed or noisy signals, such as those close to a variable frequency drive.
