Speed up use of machine drive concepts

Software from speeds up implementation of machine drive concepts saving time and money and reduces time needed for planning and commissioning.

Prepared Solutions software from Lenze makes possible faster implementation of machine drive concepts saving time and money This innovative software works in conjunction with the proven 9300 servo drives, reducing the time needed for planning and commissioning

Three available versions suit processing of moving material and 3-axis handling.

The Prepared Solutions are based on years of experience gained by Lenze Application Engineers.

The Flying Saw Prepared Solution suits processing where the material is in continuous motion.

A tool is accelerated to synchronise with the material, the operation is carried out and the tool returns to the start position.

Typical processes are cut-to-length, printing, embossing and marking.

The Cross Cutter Prepared Solution also controls the processing of moving material but suiting where the tool has a rotary action.

Many applications for this software do not involve cutting, for example printing, heat sealing, packaging and embossing.

The tool is synchronised to the moving material by an edge or a registration mark, and can be run at exactly the same speed or an increment faster/slower to suit the process.

The XYZ Solution is designed for automatic loading and unloading of pallets or machines, or for automatic mounting.

A gripper tool is moved through 3-axes with optimum co-ordination to achieve short travel paths and reduced operating times.

Lenze Prepared Solutions software contains the complete functionality for a machine unit.

Customers need only enter a few parameters saving time and cost.

The software can be extended for particularly complex operations using the familiar languages of IEC61131-3.

The software functionality is drive based, so higher level central control resources are not required. Request a free brochure from Lenze ...
