Hasco date stamp made for tiny mould spaces

A HASCO HASCO Hasenclever GmbH + Co KG product story
Edited by the Manufacturingtalk editorial team Mar 13, 2009

Hasco has added mini date stamps to its portfolio under the product name Z48715; with a 2.6mm diameter, they can stamp product data with precision even on ultra-small parts.

The company has also released the Z48700 series, which offers the possibility of a month/year combination, or month and year separately.

The series is available in diameters of 5-12mm.

These mini-labelling elements are fixed in the mould from the front by press fit and adhesive or, with the Z48700, screwed from the back.

The adjustable arrow insert can be changed without dismantling the mould from the parting line.

As it is made of stainless steel 1.4112, the date stamp offers continuous use and long life expectancy.
