Licom Systems acquired by Planit
Holdings
Licom Systems has been acquired by Planit Holdings plc, a major international company specialising in the development and distribution of computer-aided design software for the furniture industry.
Planit Holdings plc, a major international company specialising in the development and distribution of computer-aided design software for the furniture industry, has acquired Coventry-based Licom Systems, a worldwide leader in the supply of CAM software to the metal and woodworking industry for ?6.1 million Licom will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Planit Holdings
