Measurement system uses multiple sensor
techniques
Complete, easily re-configurable multi-channel system can be used for measuring displacement, vibration, thickness, high-speed motion, spindle error motions and more.
The GageMaster is a complete, easily re-configurable multi-channel system for measuring displacement, vibration, thickness, high-speed motion, spindle error motions and more It includes two built-in channels using capacitive and/or inductive sensors

Device measures run-out up to 300,000 rev/min
A dynamic spindle run-out measurement system checks high-speed spindles running at up to 300,000 rev/min and does not require manual resetting when total indicated run-out decreases.
Added to this are two analog inputs for any sensor that has a voltage output.
These four signals can be combined mathematically and can include peak capture and TIR readings.
Complex measurements can be achieved using differing sensor technologies without having to process voltages through an external computer program.
Six preset configurations are easily selectable and three user defined configurations can be created and saved.
The system includes a color TFT touchscreen display, small thermal printer and an attached accessory pouch that holds the printer, sensors, manual etc.
The GageMaster has been used as a single unit solution for basic displacement measurement, two probe thickness measurement, running step height measurement and complex measurements like multi-sensor type film thickness measurement.
