Liquid Control, US and UK, merge into one

Liquid Control based in the U.S.A. has completed the acquisition of Liquid Control based in Great Britain. The merger will allow a wider selection of standard liquid dispensing system solutions.

Schiltz, Chairman/CEO would like to announce that Liquid Control based in the U.S.A.

has completed the acquisition of Liquid Control based in Great Britain.

While the two companies have existed for over 30 years under separate ownership, this merging of the two facilities, staffs and product offerings under one ownership will benefit our customers, representatives and suppliers with a global source of Liquid Control related dispensing products and services closer to the end user location.

The increased level of product offerings will also allow a wider selection of standard dispensing solutions to better meet our customer's application requirements.

Certain product offerings from each location will be available through all Liquid Control representation.

David Valentin, Managing Director and the primary owner of Liquid Control has decided after 28 years of service to retire bringing about an opportunity for the consolidation of the Liquid Control companies, but has agreed to be available for a consultancy of one year.

will continue to operate out of their Wellingborough U.K.

location to design, assemble, test and provide local service and support for all dispensing equipment sold throughout the European Community.

While Worldwide Headquarters will remain in North Canton, Ohio U.S.A., complete demonstration and material profiling capabilities will now be available at two locations in the United States and at the Liquid Control facility in England.

All personnel at each location are expected to remain with some modifications of responsibilities due to David Valentin's retirement and additional positions are expected to be created through increased activity brought about by the expanded product offering.

Based in North Canton, Ohio, USAthe company designs and manufactures a complete line of meter, mix and dispense equipment for reactive resin systems and for single- and multiple- component applications.

Its operating units include Liquid Control Decker, specializing in polyurethane processing equipment, and Profill Corp.sm, which provides contract resin dispensing and repackaging services.

Liquid Control's flagship product, the patented PosiDot dispensing valve, features low-volume positive displacement metering of resin and hardener components directly to disposable motionless Posimixers.
