Liquid Control's Posiratio Mini benchtop meter, mix and dispense machines now offer three levels of control packages: PRM Advanced, the PRM Economy, and the PRM Basic.

The three packages give the process engineer a choice between fully automated, semi automated or very basic operator controlled dispensing at levels of pricing that will fit most manufacturing budgets.

All systems include the proven Posiload piston pump technology that provides the industry's best metering and shot accuracy for two component materials.

* Posiratio Mini Advanced - the Posiratio Mini Advanced model comes fully equipped with programmable controls and a touch screen operator interface for ease of use.

Operators can readily calibrate, adjust and monitor all dispensing functions with a touch of their finger.

Process data and maintenance screens greatly improve record keeping and manufacturing uptime.

Also standard are the programmable shot size selector, adjustable ratio pumping mechanism, pneumatically actuated Twinmixer with adjustable snuff-back, disposable Posimixer motionless mixers, and Posiload positive displacement piston pumps rated at +/-0.1 to 0.5%; metering accuracy.

This machine is a necessity for two component applications that require a high degree of manufacturing information and automation as well as security or process set up and records.

* Posiratio Mini - Economy - the Posiratio Mini Economy model is for applications that require basic machine dispense functions and settings that include a mechanical vernier shot size adjustment.

These simplified controls replace the touchscreen and PLC with a logic module or smart relay along with the appropriate selector switches for "Pump Mode" and "Dispense Valve" operation.

* Posiratio Mini - Basic - the Posiratio Mini Basic is a two component resin processing machine which pumps continuously as long as the operator keeps a dispense valve trigger or foot switch depressed.

The machine does not offer preset machine controlled shot sizes.

Fully pneumatic logic controls feature a "Pump Mode" Off/On selector switch and an air regulator and pressure gauge to control the mixed material flow rate and is ideal for points of use areas where electricity is not readily available or flammable solvents may be present.

A pneumatic trigger on the Twinmixer handle assembly or a pneumatic foot pedal allows the operator to control the start and stop flow of mixed material by direct actuation of the Twinmixer.

All Posiratio Mini machines can meter at ratios from 1:1 to 40:1 and will deliver shots from 1.00 to 25cc depending on the size of the metering pump provided.

Fixed or variable ratio configurations are available to suit the application requirements.

Any of the standard heat options for the Posiratio Mini can be added to either machine since the heat controls are kept separate from the basic machine control logic.
