Liaison was selected by the MBT editorial team for inclusion in the 40 Emerging Vendors listing for the manufacturing, enterprise and supply chain markets.
"Recognition of Liaison's performance and growth illustrates our value as an industry leader in B2B services and solutions for manufacturers and distributors," said Bob Renner, chief executive officer of Liaison.
"As a company, we value our client relationships and we work hard to lead the industry with innovative solutions".
"This award recognises these values and is a strong endorsement of Liaison Technologies to companies that want to enable the real-time enterprise".
Inclusion in the 2006 40 Emerging Software Vendors listing, says Kevin Parker, MBT editorial director, "is indicative of the contribution these companies are making to the manufacturing industry, delivering benefits that extend from reduced inventories to shorter product development times".
"While these companies may not be another SAP or Oracle, and may not want to be, it's clear that innovative solutions continue to emerge from smaller, entrepreneurial software vendors".
Making the Manufacturing Business Technology 40 Emerging Software Vendors list comes on the heels of Liaison's recognition by Supply and Demand Chain Executive's "Companies to Watch" in the magazine's Executive 100 issue.
Liaison was one of 17 companies honoured.
