Liz Allan takes on responsibility for developing and optimising Linx's HR processes to improve quality and delivery.
In particular she will focus on initiatives to address feedback from Linx employees to establish a positive employer brand for Linx.
Liz brings fifteen years of experience in HR, the past six at Director level.
Her most recent employer was Aspen Technology, a US owned software and services provider, where Liz was HR Director, EMEA.
She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
As HR Manager, Hannah Burling will have a particular focus on recruitment, learning and development, reward and recognition, talent management and associate relations.
Hannah has seven years of HR experience, most recently with global technology company PerkinElmer, at its Bar Hill site.
Lucy Humphrey moves to Linx from the Crowne Plaza where she had responsibility for employee relations, recruitment and training.
