Instrument Communication and Networking Short Course Announced
The Instrument Communication and Networking Short Course involves one week of intensive lectures, laboratories and tutorials and then two weeks of self study It focuses on applications and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience of industrial techniques
It includes RS 232 and related standards; IEEE 488.2; Smart sensors and standards; Hart protocol; Network and Fieldbus systems.
The course is held at a UK University and a final exam plus coursework is required to be passed to obtain this module credit of 15 points.
