It now also includes strategic help to strengthen longer term competitiveness, sustainability and growth.
David Crowfoot, head of operations for the London MAS, said the new service and in particular its core 'Strategy for Success' programme, is being offered to forward-looking manufacturers, including those in the food and drink industry, who are hungry for change.
"Manufacturers taking part in the Strategy for Success will be given a free assessment and evaluation of all aspects of their business and provided with a strategic plan with prioritised actions for long term sustainability and growth," he said.
"We want to turn manufacturing trends on their head.

Our Strategy for Success programme will help them look at all areas of their business - everything from their people and the products they make - to supply chain, customers, markets, operational performance and the potential for growth." The London MAS is delivered by a three-way consortium - Business Link for London, EEF South and PERA.
