LPM Engineering is a specialist consultancy of Quality Engineering services and business improvement activities and was set up by Lee Moffatt, a quality engineer with over 15 years proven experience.
The company has evolved over time and now offers a comprehensive inventory of quality assurance skills which have been deployed in large multinational organisations with prestigious projects such the Joint Strike Fighter (Lightning II) aerospace project, where a site wide Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) systems have been introduced with great success.
LPM Engineering has also worked with more traditional quality processes such as ISO 9000 implementation/ improvement and procedural documentation, and AS9102 (First Article Inspection) implementation at another aerospace organisation based in Scandinavia.
LPM Engineering has grown rapidly, specifically in the last year, and now has 3 quality inspectors placed at various organisations throughout the UK and plans to introduce further consultants to facilitate its ever increasing repeat customer base.
