Laser systems for micro-material processing have a flexible user-friendly software for laser marking, cutting, engraving, welding, and drilling.

The German Latronics Laser, based in Aachen, is specialised in the development and manufacturing of innovative material processing lasers Latronics has launched laser systems, which are optimized for micro-material processing such as marking, engraving, micro-welding, micro-machining, fine cutting, and drilling of almost all kinds of materials

The modular designed cw and pulsed fibre lasers range from 10W to 100W and are available as class 4 systems for integration in production lines and as complete class 1 stand-alone systems.

The air-cooled lasers are operated at extremely low running cost and offer in addition an easy-to-handle software which can be upgraded and downgraded as per customer's application and requirements.

Any optical parameters, mechanical dimensions and electronics can be adapted according to the application and system integration.

Besides the 2D and 3D material processing the systems offer the option of a customized implementation of a handling system, like turntables, rotations axis, or the movement of up to six additional axes, and a lot more.

For special and extremely difficult applications Latronics also offer feasibility studies of laser material processing.

Based on the resulting of the corresponding optimal parameters a customized product can be developed.

Support in system integration will be provided.
