UK national logistic service provider, LinQ Alliance, has announced for a second year that it has achieved an 89% year on year increase in turnover.

At a time when many third party logistics (3PL) companies are struggling to show a profit, a UK national logistic service provider, LinQ Alliance, has announced for a second year that it has achieved an 89% year on year increase in turnover Formed in 2003 by 25 of the UK's leading regional transport and distribution companies to provide an alternative to 3PL, LinQ Alliance said it had become a major force in the industry offering a range of services from supply chain management through to worldwide distribution

LinQ Alliance thas reappointed Bob Terris as its chairman for a consecutive fourth year and that general manager, John McCune, had been appointed to the board.

Managing director of Meachers Group Holdings, Bob Terris, has been instrumental in turning the LinQ Alliance vision into reality.

This year LinQ Alliance has underpinned its four-year success with an increase in marketing.

The company has produced a new corporate brochure, launched a new Web site and carried out a PR campaign to highlight industry issues.
