LVD (UK) reports that its recent Open House days were a resounding success, 30 companies attended over the three days and the company has received three orders from the event.
ALVD showcased its latest sheet metalworking technology in early December at its 2005 Open House.
Included the line up was LVD's latest addition to its range of cost efficient machines the new Parma 1212 CNC Punch Press.
Other machines shown were the Orion 3015 -2Kw LVD's New Cost Efficient CNC Laser Cutting Machine, the PPRM3015 Compact Mechatronical Pressbrake and LVD's Patented Easy Form Laser equipped PPEB CNC Pressbrake.
Matthew Fowles - sales and marketing manager comments: "The Open House days were a resounding success we had just over 30 companies attend over the three days and have received three orders so far directly from the Open House days, one for an Orion CNC Laser Cutting Machine, One for a New Parma 1212 CNC Turret Punch Press machine which was launched at the Open House and the third was for a PPEB Easy Form Laser CNC Pressbrake.
We are also expecting in the next couple of weeks a couple of further orders for a Laser and another Easy Form Laser CNC Pressbrake." He continues: "What has impressed us during this Open House is the amount of forward interest from customers interested in finding a solution to their Sheet Metalworking challenges.
Compared to this time last year the market confidence seems to be much better, more and more customers are keen to see how LVD technology can help them improve both profitability and flexibility." LVD is a leading manufacturer of metal forming equipment/sheet metalworking machine tools, including turret punch presses, laser cutting machines, press brakes, guillotine shears, press brake tooling, and CAD/CAM programming software.
