Fabricated silicone profiles avoid moulding costs

Using the a patented adhesive formulation, tailored extruded solid and sponge silicone profiles are fabricated into economic joined rings and corner gaskets, avoiding moulding costs.

Leewood Elastomer of Bremen, Germany, have a range of endless spliced MagniQ silicone profiles, using the patented "Power Joint" adhesive formulation Leewood are able to take tailored extruded solid and sponge silicone profiles and produce economic joined rings and corner gaskets.

This is particularly useful for prototype work, where mould tooling costs may make development of new sealing concepts prohibitive.

With an in house tool making facility coupled with an automated extrusion cutting and preparation facility, Leewood can offer a unique sealing concepts for both high volume and short run quantities.

With a full range of colour/hardness and special properties available, on reasonable lead times and at realistic costs.
