For optimum flexibility, and to avoid problems arising from troublesome cables, the units can be interfaced via secure onboard RF wireless (802.11) communications to the LineMaster software module.
Typically LineMaster platforms form part of a wider factory optimisation system based around Marco's award winning Trac-IT MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software suite.
This ensures the most effective use of real time factory floor data in order to optimise overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and bring a rapid return on investment.
