Joining the company as its new Director of Research and Development is David Enright who brings 25 years plus of experience in industrial cleaners and coatings to his new post.

Most recently he was Global Innovation Leader with a division of Chemetall GmbH.

Enright is now responsible for Master Chemical's strategic and tactical R and D initiatives.

New Chief Marketing Officer is Gregory Knudson who has expanded the global business of every company in which he has worked.

His career path has taken him into the automotive, agricultural and heavy construction sectors.

Knudson's role will be to increase top line sales based on customer-driven solutions.

The final appointment is to the post of Chief Financial Officer.

Dan Witt has held similar positions with Goodyear, Cooper Tyre and Merillat Industries; he has a BSc in both finance and industrial management as well as an MBA.

Under his guidance, three leading Fortune 500 companies have achieved significant growth.
