Two washing fluids cause no staining on n brass and copper alloy, zinc and aluminium alloy and aluminium and brass alloy parts that cannot tolerate silicates, high pH or high temperatures.

The two new additions to the Trim Clean range of washing fluids from Master Chemical Europe have dedicated roles but are highly cost efficient thanks to their compatibility with multiple metals A concentrated liquid parts-washing compound, Trim Clean 2022 has been developed for use on brass and copper alloy, zinc and aluminium alloy

It is formulated to inhibit surface oxidation of yellow metals but can also be used to prevent flash rusting on steel and cast iron parts if not rinsed.

The product's unique surfactant package ensures a rapid oil split making it excellent for use in medium and high-pressure spray washers, providing good detergency and a long bath life.

It is characteristically low foaming in high-pressure spray washers above 32 deg C.

Nitrite free, this new product contains no borates or phenols.

These exclusions also apply to the second introduction, Trim Clean 2012.

Master Chemical developed it for manufacturers needing to wash aluminium and brass alloy parts that cannot tolerate silicates, high pH or high temperatures.

This too is a highly concentrated cleaner for spray washing at slightly elevated temperatures.

The mild pH of this product means it is compatible with most waste treatment including ultra-filtration.

In common with Trim Clean 2022, 2012 causes no staining on aluminium or yellow metals.

This is an excellent choice where one washing product is required for multiple metals as it is compatible with both ferrous and non-ferrous materials; the only exception is magnesium.

It too is low foaming and hard water tolerant.
