Coolant cleans up surface and edge grinding
Cleaner machine tools, prolonged coolant life and lower operating costs are three main benefits experienced by Stanley Tools since making the switch to TRIM C270 synthetic grinding coolant.
At the same time Master Chemical was seeking to establish a foothold in Romania.
The partnership therefore meets both objectives.
"This is a market with huge growth potential," explained European sales manager, Jim Fanshawe.
"It doesn't currently have the foreign direct investment of Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia but this is changing and Master Chemical wants to be on the ground to support expected demand." Ratis Serv has enjoyed steady growth largely thanks to its policy of providing high quality and dedicated support for the products it supplies.
This philosophy is also vital in the metalworking fluids market and the company has therefore made a considerable commitment to ensure its staff is thoroughly trained in the application of Master Chemical's TRIM product range.
This has translated into Ratis Serv winning valuable business within a very short period of time.
"The number of trials that have already been set-up is a credit to the partnership we have created," Fanshawe added.
Headed by executive manager, Bogdan Avadanei, Ratis Serv has four salesmen that are strategically located across Romania.
Orders received to date are for a broad range of Master Chemical TRIM products including soluble oils, synthetics, semi-synthetics, machine cleaning and tapping fluids as well as some basic coolant management equipment.
