Synthetic grinding fluid meets H and S
criteria
A grinding synthetic cutting fluid does not use formaldehyde donor biocide and meets even the most strict health and safety criteria, while offering even better ferrous corrosion protection.
When it was introduced in the late 1990s TRIM C270 proved exceedingly popular with manufacturers seeking high productivity Field reports confirmed its low-foam at high coolant pressures and the fluid's positive effect on wheel life; its use increased longevity and decreased component burning

Coolant cleans up surface and edge grinding
Cleaner machine tools, prolonged coolant life and lower operating costs are three main benefits experienced by Stanley Tools since making the switch to TRIM C270 synthetic grinding coolant.
Under its policy of continuous product development Master Chemical Europe has now released the latest generation of this product that promises even greater performance.
By comparison with others on the market the new TRIM C276 is exceptionally good value for money.
Its performance is equal to more expensive alternatives yet it provides additional important benefits to the user.
As this new grinding synthetic does not use formaldehyde donor biocide it meets even the most strict health and safety criteria.
And this new addition offers even better ferrous corrosion protection than its forerunner.
TRIM C276 is ideal for applications which call for high coolant velocities or volumes to achieve maximum productivity.
It is a chemical surface active or synthetic coolant concentrate formulated to operate in these harsh conditions with the production of little or no foam, mist or odour.
It has the superior cooling and chip setting characteristics of a premium synthetic product with the improved residues and mechanical lubricity of a high oil semi-synthetic coolant.
TRIM C276 uses a highly effective extreme pressure additive for good tool life and improved surface finish.
Despite being free from chlorine and sulphur it has sufficient EP lubricity for drilling, tapping and reaming of most common ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
Available in quantities of 20 litres, 204 litres and 1000 litres, TRIM C276 shows exceptional sump life and superior tramp oil rejection and naturally can be recycled by conventional techniques.
