McGuffie Brunton has agreed to acquire the remaining 50% of Syspro
McGuffie Brunton has agreed to acquire the remaining 50% of Syspro from IEG .
Since 1995, McGuffie Brunton has owned 50% of Syspro ., the UK distributor of Syspro and IMPACT Encore ERP solutions.
Paul Murray, Managing Director of McGuffie Brunton, stated: "By acquiring full control of Syspro ., McGuffie Brunton is strengthening its absolute commitment to the Syspro brand and its customer base in the UK.
" The acquisition comes at a time when a number of recent high value contracts for Syspro ERP has resulted in a recruitment drive across McGuffie Brunton's four UK locations and the company is on target for record first half results.
