Witter Towbars move to Syspro
McGuffie Brunton Pull off Witter Towbars Order
Witter Towbars, the UK's leading towbar manufacturer, is updating its business IT software with a fully integrated Syspro manufacturing, distribution and financial system from McGuffie Brunton.
The latest Syspro 6.0 ERP will replace the company's existing DOS based system, to improve customer service and enable the firm to maintain the levels of growth and development that it has experienced over many years.
Based in Deeside, North Wales, Witter Towbars designs, manufactures and sells towbar systems and accessories to fitters and stockists, nationwide, for the caravan and trailer market.
With Syspro, which is to be implemented in a multi-phased approach, Witter is looking to further enhance its relationship with customers.
Phil Smith, Systems and Finance Manager for Witter Towbars, said: "Syspro's web facilities will provide us with the potential to process orders electronically, and, in time, for our customer base to gain access to the system's data for them to order products online.
As well as providing Witter with a fully integrated manufacturing system, Syspro will help the company to improve its customer service, especially during the busy spring and summer periods.
