MAHLE Industrial Filters present a brand new modular inline-filtration-system for the treatment of hydraulic- and lubricating oil.

The new series is ready to be delivered and offers a broad spectrum of applications, e g, for presses, paper machines, big filtration-systems, bypass filters or filling units.

This filtration system with type numbers Pi 230 and Pi 2300 can be configured as single-line-filter with nominal sizes ranging from 400 to 800, or as duplex- or parallel filters.

Multiple chain arrangements can also be manufactured according to the specified requirements of clients.

The filters can either be offered inline, or with 90 deg line-connection arrangements.

They are capable of withstanding a 25 bar operating pressure in pulsating conditions, and a 40 bar pressure in static conditions.

The MAHLE filter inserts have also been designed to suit the various needs of customers.

The range of inserts include the well-entrusted metal-reinforced elements, the non-metal MAHLE CC-elements and a recently developed element with an extremely high dirt holding capacity.

These filters can also be equipped with elements according to the DIN 24550 standard.

Filtration degrees from 2 to 25 micron, a filter surface of 64.000cm2, extremely high dirt holding capacity, low differential pressures as well as brilliant results in various tests have proven to be noticeable features in this new series.

Other features that make this filter so remarkable are the easy opening of the housing without special tools and an extensive range of accessories.
