MCP Langcet is hosting a workshop as part of a project being run by SEMTA, the Learning Skills Council for the Engineering and Manufacturing Sector.
MCP Langcet is hosting a workshop as part of a project being run by SEMTA, the Learning Skills Council for the Engineering and Manufacturing Sector.
The workshop will give information on benchmarking tools and workforce development which can be used to improve the skills of employees.
The following topics will be covered: Skills Audit for your business.
Benchmarking.
Productivity.
Standards, NVQs, Qualifications and Frameworks.
MCP Langcet's training provision.
The workshop is free, and will provide information on workforce development and benchmarking tools that can be used to improve the skills of your employees, plus training provision which will help to improve the competence and confidence of your workforce.
We have a guest speaker from SEMTA who will explain funding opportunities that may help you to develop the skills of your workforce and improve the performance of your company.
Our venue is the Blythe Valley Innovation Centre, in Shirley, Solihull (just off J4 of the M42).
Start is at 10.30 am and finish at 2.30 pm, and a buffet lunch is included as part of the Workshop.
