The shortlist for the UK's prestigious Manufacturer of the Year Awards has been announced and winners will be named during the glamorous awards dinner on September 20 2006.

The shortlist for the UK's prestigious Manufacturer of the Year Awards has been announced.

The winners will be named during the glamorous awards dinner on September 20 2006, the first night of this year's 'Manufacturer LIVE' event, being held at The Ricoh Arena in Coventry.

Always one of the most exciting events of the year, this year's ceremony will be hosted by the BBC's John Humphreys.
