Several new features have been added in Magics 11.1 to enhance its user-friendliness
Materialise, a world leader in software development for the rapid prototyping and manufacturing (RPandM) industry, has released Magics 11.1 In this new version of Magics software, Materialise has focused on enhancing user-friendliness, stability and power, allowing RPandM professionals to work even more efficiently and significantly increase their productivity

Magics 11.1 is even more user-friendly and stable then before.
Many issues have been solved and there have been improvements in the Base, Support Generation, SmartSpace and RapidFit modules.
In addition, several new features have been added to enhance Magics' user-friendliness.
It is now possible to import 3DS-files into Magics software.
3DS-files are very common in the architecture and animations industry.
Parts, designed in 3D Studio, can be imported directly into Magics, including their textures.
Magics 11.1 is Windows Vista compatible.
Magics software now offers a direct link to Objet 3D printers.
Magics RP has been extended with an Objet module, allowing Objet users to benefit from Magics RP's powerful, unique tools, while including all Objet specific parameters.
Parts can now also be sent straight to the Objet machine.
