Pouch making machine delivers
wrinkle-free packs
A four-sided-seal packaging system minimises material usage and delivers crease and wrinkle free packs for products up to 25mm deep.
Continued development work at Maruani has resulted in the new Vivapac SP machine, a four-sided-seal packaging system that delivers crease and wrinkle free packs for products now up to 25mm deep With the new Vivapac SP, the Vivapac series of machines now comprises of three variants as well as a 'Wide Width' option
They are fully featured and versatile pouch making machines allowing manufacturers to minimize packaging material use whilst guaranteeing sterility and improving pack appearance.
Vivapac systems are fully compatible with all thermal and cold sealing materials.
Options allow for different pack and printing configurations.
Pack length is software-controlled and can be changed in seconds, as can pack width.
Typical production rate is 20 cycles/min.
