Induction heating allows target temperatures to be achieved within one second or less for forming and welding of PVC, polyethylene, polyurethane, nylon, PTFE and other thermoplastics.
PlasticWeld System's proprietary induction heating technology allowing target temperatures to be achieved within one second or less is available in Europe from Medical Engineering Technologies (MET) PVC, polyethylene, polyurethane, nylon, PTFE and other thermoplastics can all easily be processed with their efficient, high-quality production equipment
PWS capabilities encompass tip forming (closed or open tips, neck downs, angled tips, etc), welding of plastics to plastics or to metal, butt and internal welds, eye cutting as well as permanent bending and shaping.
