Induction heating allows target temperatures to be achieved within one second or less for forming and welding of PVC, polyethylene, polyurethane, nylon, PTFE and other thermoplastics.

PWS capabilities encompass tip forming (closed or open tips, neck downs, angled tips, etc), welding of plastics to plastics or to metal, butt and internal welds, eye cutting as well as permanent bending and shaping.

Most products can be produced on standard equipment, but the systems can easily be customised to meet very specific applications.

Material evaluation and tipping trials are available free of charge upon receipt of a sample and drawings.
