In addition to the comprehensive range of features already offered with electronic drilling and tapping machines, the standard specification now includes a chip breaking mode for both models.

Flott has upgraded the standard specification of its proven Series P 23 STE GL electronic / P 40 STE GL electronic drill and tapping machines In addition to the comprehensive range of features already offered, the standard specification now includes a chip breaking mode (thread cutting accessories) for both models at no extra charge

The main field of application will be high-end tool, forming and prototype engineering, as well as demanding contract manufacturing.

Thanks to its speed reduction capability; down to zero, the machines are suitable for intricate countersinking and reaming tasks.

Multi-spindle drill heads are offered as an option.

Robust technology (tapping feed via mechanical lead screw) has been combined with the latest control electronics (drilling / thread cutting capacity 35 mm/M24X2).

The standard features include the following.

* Chip breaking mode during thread production * Digital display of drilling depth and speed.

* Stepless electronic spindle speed control via frequency converter.

* Maintenance-free asynchronous motor, 3.0kW, with external ventilation.
