Mate Precision Tooling has announced the appointment of Frank Baeumler to the dual position of Vice President European Operations and Managing Director of Mate Germany Jack Schneider, President of Mate Precision Tooling, announced the appointment and said that Baeumler will strengthen Mate's long-term position in the European market by integrating the strengths of both organisations

Born in Nuremberg, Germany and fluent in German, Baeumler also was Mate's International Marketing Manager for 7 years.
During his 18-year tenure in marketing with Mate, the company doubled in sales volume and expanded globally with presence in virtually all manufacturing markets worldwide.
Prior to joining Mate, Baeumler was Education Coordinator with the Minnesota Trade Office, State of Minnesota Department of Economic Development for 4 years, and was head coach of the British Royal Navy Alpine Ski Team for 2 years.
Baeumler holds a BA degree in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin and an MA degree in International Relations from the University of Wyoming.
He served as board member of the Minnesota US Export Assistance centre, as board member of the Minnesota World Trade organisation including one term as President, and served on committees of the Association for Manufacturing Technology.
