Updated catalogue describes container products
A range of rugged bulk containers, utility trucks, carts, tanks and other products are described in an updated catalogue.
The Fold-A-Tote IBC features a three-inch full port valterra slide gate valve as standard equipment, delivering a 50% increase in discharge capacity compared to the commonly specified 2-inch valve.
The innovative Fold-A-Tote replaces the rigid container walls that attract sticky materials and restrict drainage with a disposable, heavy duty vinyl bag around a 2-ply, 4-mil plastic liner that allows complete product usage without exposing personnel to the material.
Sealed after filling, the puncture-resistant poly-bag is set in a rugged, reusable container that stacks two high when filled and folds down from a height of 62in to 25in when empty for increased shipping and storage efficiencies.
The IBC's 45in x 45in polyethylene base features a 3.5-degree slope that also contributes to high material flow rates.
Unveiled as a 300 gallon IBC, the MOD Fold-A-Tote offers 4-way fork entry, a tare weight of 274 lb (124.3kg) and a 1.2 specific gravity rating.
A drop-on style, powder coated cover made from 18 gauge formed steel grips the rugged frame to prevent spillage.
A stainless steel frame and lid are offered as options.
