Metcar 1515 available from Metallized Carbon

Metallized Carbon is offering the Metcar 1515 Copper mechanical grade.

Metcar 1515 operates without lubrication in dry and dust-prone environments at temperatures up to 399C, making it suitable for bearing and thrust washers in applications such as kilns, kiln cars, oven dryers, dust and fume collectors, ventilating dampers, furnaces and conveyors.

Metcar 1515 has high electrical conductivity properties, making it ideal for current-carrying bearings.

Metcar bearings are self-lubricating, non-galling, dimensionally stable and have high compressive strength.

They offer excellent chemical resistance, good thermal properties and high electrical conductivity.
