Distribution blocks cover current ratings from 80A to 500A and feature space saving on the foot print of the DIN rail mount block by up to 50% (on the 160A version) over a previous product.
Of course growth at this level forces change within the business ensuring they are able to maintain the high level of service their customers have come to enjoy and also securing a business model that can deliver growth for the future.
Peter Sait joins MGB from a background in enclosure technology and enclosure solutions bringing with him over 20 years experience in both the product and their applications.
When asked what do MGB offer that is different to other suppliers, Sait said, "The customer can choose how much we do for them from simply purchasing the box to machining the enclosure and fitting the terminals, we can do the whole package not to forget we are now licensed to machine and populate hazardous area enclosures." Upon being asked why do customers come back to MGB, Sait commented: "We respond quickly, make it easy for the customer, he can place the order and where possible MGB will simplify the solution to save the customer money." This external sales interface between MGB and the customer has added a new dimension to the MGB customer service.
Since joining MGB a few months ago, Sait has already landed the company in excess of 70 new trading accounts which is proof in itself that MGB are able to deliver as promised.
