Power and forging press builder, Mueller Weingarten, reports an increased dividend payment and projects an increase in turnover, during 2001, to over DM700m (GBP230m).

Power and forging press builder, Mueller Weingarten, reports an increased dividend payment and projects an increase in turnover, during 2001, to over DM700m (GBP230m).

Mueller Weingarten had operated successfully during 2000 and had reached important targets: The total output rose 8.9% to DM669m (against DM614m in 1999).

Order intake rose around 1.3% to DM719.3m (710.4m in 1999).

Group turnover rose 3.1% to DM585.7m (DM568m in 1999).

The outcome of the usual business activities clearly rose by 51.5% to DM30.9m (DM20.4m in 1999).

The dividend payments should be raised 11.4% by DM0.40 (DM0.78 in 1999).
